Fry-Wagner Moving & Storage

Overall packers and movers did a good job. A few times we had to call our coordinator before getting a call back. It was indicated to us to call our coordinator and they would come back out to get the empty boxes. What they didn’t tell us it would cost $400!

My move day experience yesterday was incredible! The amazing crew with Fry Wagner Moving and Storage impressed me with their performance, professionalism, and kindness once again.

The entire team, Greg, Esteban, Jiavani, Jion, and all, had the most professional approach. Starting with Brett who did our estimate, fast and efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. Greg the team lead has a very calm and collected demeanor and always a smile. The crew were all fun and hard working. So very careful and great listeners when we did our walk through. Kieth came by to check the progress of the move and willing to assist if anything needed extra attention. Judith called to check in to be sure all was going well. From beginning to end they have a professional process. We had full communication about the extra prep for a sleep number bed, and agreement on how long the load and unload should take. The new residence happened to be a senior living community. They handled everything beautifully and followed all building rules with kindness and care. As a Lead in a move management company, It is important to me to have a good working relationship with the movers and the professionalism goes a long way. . My clients and I always feel very taken care of. I will use this company again!

I moved from southern Illinois to Chicago and had a good experience! Travis did an estimate for both a pack and a move and Fry-Wagner stayed within the estimate. Judith communicated with me through every step of the process. The teams for packing, loading, and unloading were all very helpful. One of the best things were that they would check with me regarding where things were going in the new house, as it had a different number of rooms than the old place. Now I’m unpacking my stuff and happy to be home!
