This is Daniel Martin. My wife is 100% correct! The movers were kids that didn't care how they threw our boxes around. Valuable items were broken. The small box truck they brought was too small to hold what a large size Uhaul would have held. A cabinet leg was broken off, scratched up washer and dryer that was only 3 months old. As my wife stated, she called to complain after we opened multiple boxes and unbelievable how much was broken. They never reached out to us because they do NOT care! Use another mover unless you don't care about your personal items. I called the better business bureau and they're not listed. What does that say for this so called moving company.

I CALLED TO COMPLAIN WHEN ALL MY BOXES I HAD OPENED AFTER THE MOVE HAD MULTIPLE THINGS BROKEN! A CABINET WITH A LEG BROKEN OFF. AND MY NEW WASHER AND DRYER HAD SCATCHES! THE KIDS WERE NOT COLLEGE GRADS!! ALSO, THE TRUCK WAS A SMALL TRUCK AND NOT LARGE ENOUGH TO CARRY A FULL LOAD, THIS IS WHY I HAD TO HAVE 2 TRIPS. NO ONE EVER CALLED ME BACK REGARDING MY COMPLAINTS! NO I DO NOT HAVE YOU BLOCKED, IF I DID, I WOULDN'T HAVE TO ANSWER YOUR REVIEW! YOU PEOPLE ARE SCAM ARTISTS! LIKE I STATED PREVIOUSLY, IF YOU VALUE YOUR ITEMS, USE ANOTHER MOVER!

Do NOT use these movers. They hire teenagers to move your things. I have used them 3 times and this last time they threw my boxes around and I had multiple things broken in each box. They broke a leg off of an expensive cabinet. Scratched up a new washer and dryer. I called to complain because I was so disgusted with what they had done. Had to leave a message and no response! I was charged $1285 for a move from Austell to Hiram. I was told they dont have much business now because of the economy. I guess they made it up with my move. If you don't want valuables ls broken, then find another mover! I will never use them again.

Dennis and team were amazing!!!! I had searched for a while looking for quality, trustworthy, and fair movers; they are IT!!! 100% recommend!! Thank you again!!
