Trish was very, very nice. Although at times she seemed very overwhelmed. I had my stuff moved yesterday. And I did not appreciate the fact that it was going to be more expensive. Then what I was quoted.Also as luck would have it it was raining lightly. I was told that I needed to tip. Each one of the drivers, at least $50 in order to give them incentive to continue working in the rain. Otherwise, I was gonna be charged by the hour For the rain delay. That is absolutely ridiculous to charge somebody if it rains, it's not my fault. If I had that sort of control, I would be doing something different for a living. I was absolutely offended and I felt I was being bullied when I was told I needed to give them at least $50 each. I am completely out of money. I had to borrow some from my brother in order to be able to make this happen. So the hundred and fifty that they got was something that I could have spent on myself for things such as food for the table, but instead, I had to give it to them.Otherwise they weren't going to continue unpacking my stuff. Also, Trish told me that she had waived. The 4% fee, if you want to use a credit card but as it turns out no, she only waived that fee for the down payment. I did not appreciate the misinformation. And so therefore I really didn't have a choice but to go and get cash. Also, as a side note, they ran over a pile of my solar light ornaments that I have for the yard. I had put them to the side because I hadn't put them back out into the yard yet, and they completely backed over them, smushing them. That was over $50 worth of damage that they did to my personal property. I talked to the manager today. He said he was going to get back to me. Yeah, that was 9 hours ago. The day of the move I actually read the. Reviews I wish I would have read them sooner. Many of the reviews say to never ever use this company now. I understand why and it was similar stories of a beaten switch, where things were more expensive later on, then what they were quoted. Also I had very heavy boxes left on top of lighter boxes. So, this morning, many things had fallen over or dent it in the box under it. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to put the heaviest box on the bottom and the lightest box on top. Very very irritating experience
