I hired them to help unload my Uhaul. They were supposed to arrive around 2pm but kept extended the time. They then told me the movers were headed my way at 5pm and it would take an hour. They didn’t arrive until 8pm and I asked them to come back in the morning because I was a female home alone and it was three men. The lead became irate and yelled at me for not letting them do it quickly. He then said to find another company to use. I hired another company and called multiple times the following day to receive a refund and they would not answer the phone or return my messages. Very unprofessional and I believe they are scammers. Use caution if you plan to call them.

Will absolutely use them again. These movers are such a great value, extremely professional, and efficient. They did an awesome job loading my stuff, dropping large furniture off at goodwill, and moving me in less than two hours. They were extremely careful wrapping all the furniture. They also wore masks and gloves the entire time, taking COVID precautions very seriously. Would highly recommend.

I was referred to GA Best Dependable Moving Service from a very reliable source and what a big disappointment! The only good thing that I can say is they arrived early. Trevor whom I found out later is the Owner/Manager of this poor establishment and he gave me the most trouble of the Crew. I called a week earlier to inquire if they would bring protective gear for their shoes because I had new carpet installed in my bedroom and they assured me they would. At my old home I had my Brother downstairs overseeing the movers when they were loading the truck and I my Brother commented to me that he smelled an illegal substance being smoked which I did mention when I called back to the office and they denied that any of their Crew would do that on a job. We are from New York and are well aware of what an illegal substance smells like so don't insult our intelligence Trevor! Also, I had to tell them a few times to re-wrap pieces of my furniture a little more securely due to it was raining outside and I didn't want anything to get wet during the move which Trevor didn't respond to me at all but looked at me with disgust. So in his post report he stated we went over in the 2 hour limit due to they were taking their wrapping my furniture. Any efficient moving company would have gotten it right the first time without me asking him to do so! Once we got to my new home and it was raining that day as well, they started unloading the truck and bringing in my bedroom furniture and had the nerve to keep their shoes on. Only laid down a few blankets which did not cover all of the carpet. I asked them politely to take their shoes off and two of them agreed but Trevor refused to take his shoes and used a curse word and said I don't ever @#$%^ take my shoes off on a job and abruptly left my home. Out in the hallway he cursed again and mumbled something right in front of my Father and Brother. Then they lost some protective covers for my coffee table and it took a couple of days of back and forth before I was able to get a reimbursement for the replacement. I called the office to complain about Trevor but much to my dismay I found out he was the Owner so I was not going to get the resolve I was looking for. Even after I complained he didn't offer a discount but just said he could have done better in handling the situation. I will not be recommending them and I have told my referral not to refer them to future customers as well! Try to support the small Black Business and this is what I got poor customer service!

The movers were prompt, courteous and very accommodating. They had my truck loaded in not time. I would definitely recommend them for your loading or moving needs.
