There good workers but I think they need to drug test there works

I was told that my stuff was going to get here between 08-1700 today it is currently 17:11 no phone call no nothing I’ve been in my room all day waiting on these mfs the least they could do is tell me that they can’t make it or something very unprofessional I hope no one contracts y’all again and I hope all of you go bankrupt thanks for Messing up my Friday ??

Caution Advised When Considering This Moving Company
I regret to inform potential customers that my experience with this moving company was highly unsatisfactory. The services rendered were unprofessional, and the company lacked the necessary equipment to ensure a smooth relocation process. Notably, the Fort Irwin Transportation Office issued a warning letter to the company due to their failure to provide the required packing list items. Additionally, the high-value inventory list was not furnished as promised.
During the move, several pieces of our furniture were damaged, and upon arrival at our destination, we discovered a total of nine missing boxes. The lack of accountability and care has been deeply concerning.
I strongly urge those in need of moving services to consult with the transportation office for alternative company recommendations. It is essential to choose a provider that upholds professional standards and demonstrates respect for clients’ belongings.

'My experience with Garrett Moving and Storage was extremely disappointing and terrible. The worst experience ever. Not only did they pick up my household goods and destroy all of my furniture, but they also stole 11 boxes of my belongings. The level of carelessness, lack of professionalism, and outright theft displayed by their team was unacceptable. I would strongly advise against using their services as they failed to handle my belongings with the utmost care, responsibility, and integrity.'

We lost thousands of dollars worth of property. We had about 6,000 lbs of HHG moved by them and nearly 1,000 lbs of the shipment went missing somewhere along the way, entire shipping crates missing (air compressor, 65' TV, all kitchen stuff, instruments, bedding, decor, and much more). We were told another delivery date would be scheduled for the remaining portion, but that stuff was never found.

After unpacking what we did receive, there did not seem to be any order to how they packed. We had bathroom mats with office supplies, garage tools with decor, toilet cleaner supplies with board games, and many boxes were labeled incorrectly, vaguely, and most did not have which room it came from. Only pro was we had only a handful of broken items, but those items should be easily replaced compared to all the lost items.

Terrible.
