I wish I did not use this company for my move and I would not recommend them.
From our initial meeting with Kaleb and every contact we had with Audra, Ashley, and Adam and Ronnie and their crew, they were very and totally responsive and very good to deal with.
We have moved a number of times and they gave us the best perspective ever on this move and made it as transparent and that's easy as it's possible.
Everyone was great to deal with and the crew was very meticulous and careful with our furnishings.
We cannot thank them enough and know

BUYER BEWARE: DO NOT USE GASPERSON MOVING AND STORAGE. I am an interior designer working nationwide and hired Gasperson as the receiver for inspection, receiving and delivery of $100,000 worth of furnishings for a project in North Carolina. Gasperson lost or mishandled more than $7000 worth of furnishings. The Operations Manager, Audra Cross Childers, is extremely rude and unprofessional and will not respond to emails nor will she give me the name of her direct report. The president, Tom Hunnicutt, also will not respond to emails. Their process poor from the beginning when compared with receivers I have used in Chicago, Wisconsin, Florida and Kansas City. I am now stuck with this loss as it would be a small claims court issue and I am out of state so that's not realistic. I am frustrated and there is no communication; no way to resolve any of these issues. DO NOT USE GASPERSON MOVING AND STORAGE.
Audra and Admin are not familiar with customer service and are very rude! She forgets she is in Weaverville not Hollywood Ca. They managed to get gasoline smell all over our bedding box springs etc, we had to throw out a entire bed system, nothing phased Miss. Audra, she even ordered the movers to drive away with our things after we stated it was unfair that she was going to charge us for goods we already moved ahead of time, as well as gas smell on our things, and the movers drove away by punching the accelerator in our neighborhood and my wife having to run after the truck with the check in her hand etc. Audra needs help with customer service as well as the managements contact being able to access them to address concerns of unhappy customers who paid over $13,00000 to move 20 minutes away, which was an absolute waste of money and time!
