I have used Gateway for 2 separate moves and we were happy both times. The movers were communicative on when they would arrive, were on time, worked hard, and did the jobs well. We did need to follow up with the company to repair some minor wall damage after a particularly difficult move and they were easy to work with, sent an excellent repairman, and completed all the work on a tight deadline. We could not have asked for a more professional response to the issue. We will definitely recommend this company to others and use them in the future.

Horrible! They threw boxes on top of each other, a lot of things broken and bent. They were not careful at all! I had wedding gifts I’ve had for 35 years broken, antique items broken. If it was metal they bent it, such as trash can and bread box. Plastic items were cracked. Glass in picture frames were broken, glass tabletop broken. A set of tires and rims were stolen because they are missing. They threw their drink trash on the ground and left it. I had a case of protein drinks in the garage, they drank them all but 1, didn’t ask for them! A few broken items were taken back to repair and send back to me and I never heard from them again! Don’t use them!!!!
