I recently used Gateway moving. When I say they was absolutely professional and on time. They had my apartment moved in no time. Those guys work extremely efficient and hard. None of my items was damaged and they w en put all beds a d couches together. Definitely would refer to all my family and friends.

As I am speaking for Ms Hazelwood I was there from the beginning of the move and the end of the move I worked for two men in a truck they are nothing like. the two gentlemen that show was by far not only did they just throw the stuff on the truck they had the couch on top of everything which caused damage not only did they cause damage to my sister stuff they caused damage to the building by taking up the couch. No my sister items was not broken because I moved majority of the items and no your movers did not say no one can help because we did the work for them and it's time for them to speak up and be honest unless they have something to hide ..... any hoot to be honest it not the mover fault it the management fault be instead of saying I apologize we will take care of it they saying oh no no it not our fault and our movers couldn't have done that just like our move don't drank on the job or take long breaks while two guys unload the truck and take pictures of the things that is broken because of the driver and movers lax of cares for people items. So please don't come for me be I know how your job is supposed to be ran, and yall need to do the right thing pay up for the stuff yall broke and for all the stalling time yall doing and I can always come back and add pictures this a promised and God don't like sin and lying is a sin and cheating people is a sin as well and he's watching everything you do everyday and night fix it God blessed

My experience with Gateway Moving has been highly unpleasant. I moved from Maryland to North Carolina on March 16, and most of my furniture was damaged during the move. I reported the issue immediately, but the driver seemed to be under the influence. The other worker showed little moving experience, and my brother and boyfriend had to assist to avoid additional charges. The driver left for my new location before us, and my brother arrived at my house before the driver. I recommended you get your own insurance for your furniture because they’re claim policy is outrageous. I’m literally taking a big L and they’re not even reimbursing me one fifth of what I lost for the amount of money that I just spent on them to move me here I could’ve just move myself, and save myself so much money
