They were able to move out all our furniture from our old townhouse to our new townhouse 20+ min out in just 3 hours. They did such an awesome job definitely recommend to anyone moving in the MD area!

Calvin and his team were great. They arrived early, moved quickly and efficiently and finished my job in less time than I was quoted in the estimate. They communicated great throughout the process, were very careful about treatment in transit and placement of my items upon arrival at my new apartment. Nothing was done until I was satisfied and I appreciated that a lot. Thanks to Calvin and his team for making a stressful situation easier than I expected.

My experience with Gateway Moving, LLC was absolutely awesome! Dawn responded to all of my inquiries in a fast and professional manner and was able to help me with all of my requests. She was very helpful and made me feel at ease. My movers, Carlos, Oscar, and Denilson went above and beyond to ensure my husband’s items were handled with the utmost care and concern. They were friendly, efficient, and exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be recommending Gateway to other friends and family members and will use them again in the future for all of my moving needs. Thanks to you all!!

I was very unhappy about the way that I was mistreated by Gateway Moving, LLC. I was taken advantage of, and they were not transparent or honest about their policy about truck rental fees being nonrefundable. They did not even have my permission to debit my account for the truck rental fee as soon as they did. I had a terrible experience with Gateway Moving, and I would not recommend Gateway Moving, LLC to anyone.

Banged up my walls & stairs. I put in a complaint 2 weeks ago and have yet to hear from anyone. I have called several times and no one has returned my calls. I will file a complaint with BBB and pursue legally if this isn’t taken care of.

As to your reflective response, You have not come out to see the damages. You have avoided my emails and my calls. The tenants who hired you along with others in the building who witnessed your employees damaging the walls, the bannister, and stairs.

Keep giving excuses and keep hiding behind closed doors. You take accountability for nothing. Your company is dishonest and unprofessional.

Excuses from management and taking no accountability seems to be common when reading other reviews.
