Gateway Storage - Belleville

This place is terrible only has 1 camera pointing at the street I had my unit for 20 days and it was broken into. Do not rent from these people no one is ever at the office they refused to help me move my stuff to another unit or even pay for a uhaul. Save yourself the trouble and find somewhere better! They also refused to stay at the location until I could get a uhaul to move my personal belongings. They didn't even seem to care that this happened they were more worried if other units were broken into if they had more cameras a d actually checked their property they would know what going napping at the property. This is the worst business I've come into contact with and the BBB will be called
