Gateway Storage - Belleville

I paid for the month of October but moved my belongings out on October 5th because that is what worked for me and the individuals that were helping me. But they didn’t refund me any of that remaining payment. I was in for 4 days of October and I am not entitled to any refund. What a rip!! Doesn’t make any sense! I would understand if I only had a couple days left in October I wouldn’t ask for a refund. But there are weeks left in the month and I can’t get a refund??? Again that is a rip off!!

Great storage facility. Descent pricing since I have utilized their premises. Only one time that they have increased their prices. Management keeps you updated via email on any updates and changes. Great storage facility on Royal Heights Road. The security is to the upmost for your unit you pay for. I have never had any issues.
