Gautier Lock Storage

Very nice and understanding people! However if you don’t like rats this is not the place for you! They literally infested my things and you would not know they are there until after you have a storage full of your things. I told The man i was Scared to go inside my unit because i seen rats and he said “i been Finding them around here dead” very bad experience!

The property was very clean and maintained. The property manager was nice and really knows what she's doing.

If I could give more than 5 stars I most definitely would... the management here by far is the utmost professional, kind, helpful, genuinely concerned person I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with in my entire life. Goes above and beyond to not only take care of the customer but also troubleshoot issues and come up with agreeable solutions/alternatives. Smart move with the management here... ?
