The front office man, Tom, is excellent at quotes and organizing time, but the movers were less than desirable. The biggest mark against them was carelessness with taking things apart and refusal to put it back together.

Screws from multiple objects were stored together to make it near impossible to put things back together. I had some objects broken, a grandmother clock, oven door, plastic tubs, and glassware. The oven was the only thing reconciled, 2 weeks after the move.

All things that were put together, have missing pieces--a crib, computer desk, and a shelving unit that was never attempted to be assembled because it was missing integral parts.

Tom was very upfront with his price in the beginning and the guys showed up on time and worked very fast and even did some extra things to help me out that I had no solution for myself. They put boxes in the correct rooms for me even though I was exhausted by that point but as a woman things like that matter when unpacking so much. To top off everything else, after I unpacked all the boxes and paper they used to protect everything because not one item of mine was damaged, they came and picked up all the boxes for me. Thank you so much for everything guys! Even if you have to pay a little more, the peace of mind, no stress, speed, trust and so much more that these guys do different than other movers is well worth it! Tip them well!
