Basement flooded and they sent out guys the very next morning that I called. Despite being very busy, they made it a priority! So the customer who was angry for them being late to your job, blame me, we desperately needed them.

Recently had Gene's Furniture move my belongings into a storage area. Upon opening my unit the furniture was just thrown in and metal furniture was put on top of my antique wood dresser. They also put many scratches in my brand new solid oak Amish made dining table. But most of all they put my lawn mower in tipped on edge and all the engine oil leaked out and saturated my family heirloom hutch and buffet. I called and complained and they tried to make it mine or someone else's fault. They were the only ones who put my belongings in the storage unit..one star is too much for them

Great quality furniture

Used them to move things. Found out that most of my kids toys were broken. Whoever answered the phone determined to swear at me when clearly as a customer im upset that things were not handled proffesionally. The drivers were rude to my fiance. In the end was told his drivers are not at fault and hung up on me. Wouldnt give them even a star.
