The experience of working with Gentle Giant was seamless and perfect. From the scheduling team to the folks who came on-site, everything was flawless. Our move was a bit complicated, beginning in Boston, stopping in CT and then landing in Atlanta -- all during the pandemic. We changed plans and dates several time and the team was so responsive. The guys who did the actual moves (3 different teams) were all professional, everything arrived perfectly and we we so happy with the service. I highly recommend this company!

We had Gentle Giant move our fridge into the basement and move the new fridge in our house. Our kitchen is on the second floor and this required bringing the fridges over a porch with a crane. They were prompt and efficient- no damage to our house or appliances. Made a big job very easy and was completed in less time than they quoted. Thank you!

I called Gentle Giant in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic in need of having my apartment packed and moved to my new location without making any contact given I was living with high risk individuals. Gentle Giant was incredibly helpful, responsive, and did exactly what I needed in under 4 hours (Boston, MA to Eastern NH move)! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a kind, responsive, incredible moving team. They truly live up to their name!!

We used Gentle Giant for a home move in March 2020. The process from start to finish was a great experience. They packed up my house over the course of two days. We had been in the house 17 years, and had four floors of stuff to pack. Their team was bright and professional, and worked efficiently to get us packed. All we had to do was answer questions about what to label things, and whether certain items were going with us. They moved us in and unpacked us in one day, taking all of the boxes and packing material with them. They had one of the team stationed in the kitchen unpacking and helping my wife decide where to put things. By the end of the day, the kitchen was done and ready to go. The bedrooms were set up and clothing unpacked. Even items that we didn't yet know where to put, like wall art and decorative items, they laid out on a moving blanket on the floor so that we could see where everything was and decide where to put them later. I really can't say enough about the Gentle Giant team. They were so friendly and nice, and worked really hard. The move was set to take four days, and they finished it in three. I highly recommend them if you are looking for movers!
