From the first meeting to the move-out, at all levels (i.e., sales, scheduling, the moving guys) everyone at Gentle Giant was friendly, attentive, responsive and very professional. They made a difficult process so much easier.

I have seen Gentle Giant in my Somerville neighborhood since 1980. I finally had a chance to use them moving, storing and moving again into my house in NH. I was not disappointed everything went as smooth as possible. There were no damage to my houses or furniture through the process. Jack, Ethan and Niko were fast, professional and very helpful in my move. I will be using them for any future needs and would recommend them highly.
