The staff were all very professional. The moving crew was very flexible and communicative with regard to what was being moved and to where it was going at the destination. They completed the move in less time and cost than estimated. I would recommend Gentle Giant, which by the way was recommeded to us by our realtor with no hesitation whatsoever.

From start to finish, the move with Gentle Giant went extremely well. The coordinator was responsive, easy to communicate with, and was very clear on how everything was going to go. The estimate process was efficient and clear. The move took place over 4 days due to shiffling things between 3 locations with a lot of logistics and the crew had everything planned throughout so that by the time everything landed in its destination, everything was unloaded and placed in a logical fashion such as placing carpets and figuring out where everything was going to go. The crew helped unpack which was terrific, and overall they were very professional, willing, efficient, helpful, super nice, very communicative, and overall made the process enjoyable and easy. I highly recommend Gentle Giant! Thank you for a great move.

Gentle Giant is amazing! Just has move done by Jack, Chloe and Dominic. They were so professionally and easy to work with. I really can't thank them enough!
