My experience with Gentle Giant was exceptional. The entire process from scheduling and planning ( I had to reschedule twice as my closing date kept getting pushed out) to the actual move was friendly, seamless and professional. I was given a fair approximation of the cost of the move once I had completed their online forms.
On moving day, my overwhelming dread of the process was quickly overcome by the amazing team of Ryan, Alex (Adonay), and Nelu. Wow...they arrived with smiles and got right to work, carefully wrapping, lifting and packing the truck with my belongings. They were truly remarkable-strong, capable, respectful while swiftly packing and then unloading and unpacking everything. I was so impressed by all three of them.
