Gentle Giant Moving Company

THESE GUYS ARE JUST AWESOME!! This was our second move in 7 months with Gentle Giant. We had requested our first crew for the move since they were so great, but they were not available. Didn't matter. This crew was just as polite, considerate, efficient and speedy! Our belongings came back the way we sent them--nothing broken or damaged. They were thoughtful about how they dropped off the gazillion boxes in our basement--tried to keep like items/rooms together. On the second day I asked them if they could swap the position of two bureaus (no small feat-they were heavy and on separate floors) and they didn't hesitate. Checked in before they finished to see if there was anything else they could rearrange. Already have recommended them to two other families! Thank you, Chuck D, Jake, Patrick, Jackson and Jamal- you're made this crazy move so much more bearable!

The crew we had was absolutely stellar and if we were to move again we would choose them if possible!

They were incredibly efficient while also handling our valuables carefully. All our furniture was carefully taken apart, wrapped, and then put back together at our house.

Like most, the crew was younger college kids along with veterans. The younger crew was more professional than most grown adults I know; and made it a fun atmosphere.

Upon arriving they were very proactive in making sure all our furniture was in the exact right place where we wanted, and when stacking up the miscellaneous boxes made sure to put them in a way we could easily access each box and have them still out of the way.

10/10, fantastic crew and least stressful move we’ve had.

Superlative service. The moving team was careful, considerate, efficient, friendly, and accommodating. The team was genuinely concerned about each item needing special care, then handled each with extraordinary care. Possibly odd to say but: moving with Gentle GIant is a luxury experience, that experience of expecting a lot and getting much, much more. Kudos to everyone in this business!

I had a great experience with Gentle Giant. They were very accommodating and understanding of the stress related to moving. They took excellent care of all of our stuff and were extremely professional from beginning to end. Highly recommend them for all moving services!
