Gentle Giant Moving Company

Got recommended from a friend to use these guys. Would highly recommend them to anyone else. They were careful, friendly, and went above and beyond what we asked. Shout out to the crew we had were Zach, Artem, and Nick. Those guys got it done under the estimate as well.

I was already stressed out about moving to my new home, but the entire crew at Gentle Giant was so professional, pleasant, and efficient that I had no worries. All of my furniture and boxes that had been stored at Gentle Giant for about 5 months arrived with absolutely no damage. I really appreciated how each member of the crew was respectful of my property and wanted to make sure everything was placed exactly where I wanted it. I can’t say enough how this is absolutely the best moving company I have ever used.

I had the pleasure of working with gentle giants these last two days and their service was AMAZING!!! The crew was super professional and full of joy. Our entire move was full of humor and energy. They moved our entire middle school ( technology, classrooms and library) into its permanent location which had no elevator btw. All of our items where moved into an active construction site and there were no complaints. The crew adapted to the challenging environment, moving everything in safely and securely. I definitely recommend these guys for your next big move.

If you really want to know how good a company is, a review of how it responds when there are problems is really helpful. We hired Gentle Giant to pack up our kitchen and adjoining rooms, prior to a big renovation.They did a great job. However, when we got the bill, the total far exceeded the estimate. We immediately contacted them and were referred to their Quality Control office. As opposed to getting the run-around, we were contacted right away by a corporate official who heard us out. He investigated and got back to us first thing the next day. Instead of haggling with us, he agreed that the bill exceeded our expectations and issued a more realistic invoice. Could not have been easier or more professional. We would not hesitate to hire them again.
