I had an excellent experience with Gentile Giant Moving Company and I will be booking them again for a second move in a few months. Andrew was the salesperson I spoke with on the phone. He answered all of my questions and made the booking process quick and smooth. He was also very funny! Dex and Dakari were my movers and they arrived early and they were extremely efficient at wrapping my furniture, loading and unloading the truck, and packing my belongings in a storage unit in a space-efficient manner. They were also very personable and easy-going. The entire process took about 2 hours less than I anticipated and thus my total bill was even lower than the already below-market estimate. I highly recommend this company!

Dex, Gabriel D, Gabriel C, and Cristian conducted our move and we could not recommend them more! They were extremely gentle and cautious with our belongings — which had to be moved out of an extremely tight space in a walk up in DC — and did so in record time. Just completed a move with Gentle Giant - it was a complicated move with two drop off locations. The crew (Dex, Leonard, Ricardo, and Dakarai) were fantastic. They were efficient, worked well as a team, extremely professional, and handled all items with care. It was clear that they were all experienced movers and knew how to handle/maneuver large furniture. It was also clear that the team respected the time/costs associated with a move and did not waste time, stand around, or goof off in any way. Highly recommend this company and location!
