Gentle Giant was outstanding. I can not say enough about absolutely EVERYONE with whom I interacted. Their customer service is outstanding.; their attention to detail impressive. They packed my household and moved it into storage and then delivered it to me 7 months later. Both crews were punctual, professional and a joy to work with. They treated my fragile items and antiques with great care. Everything arrived in tip top shape and the communication with the office kept me informed about what to expect every step of the way. I can't recommend them highly enough and will never use another moving company. Thanks Gentle Giant!!

These guys were great -- quick, efficient, took care of everything. Easy peasy. Even the booking/reservation process was easy and the guy who took the reservation was really friendly, helpful and made the whole thing a breeze.

I cannot over-state how awesome this moving company is. From the booking process through the final walkthrough, you won't be disappointed. Erica, Domenic, G, Lucas, Mark and last not but not least, Lightning Lauren, treated us, our cats, and our stuff with the utmost caution and respect. Thanks for making one of the most stressful events in a person's life as stress free as possible! PS.. how could i forget to mention my move was during a high wind and rain "nor-easter" and they even had to hoist a large item [ not fitting in the stairwell ]f the outside. They were undaunted!
