Warning: DO NOT use this company if you need a piano moved. The workers did not know how to move our piano and I believe this was their first one. They were so awkward that I asked if they had actually ever moved a piano before. Said they had. They dropped the piano which took out a chunk of lacquer the size of a 50 cent piece from a corner. Not easy to work with for a claim, and no compensation. The piano is still not fixed months later.

Stetson and Kodi were awesome. I can’t say enough about their great communication and work ethic. I really appreciate the care with which they moved items and how flexible they were with my indecision. Would 100% recommend!

Were do I begin. Reggie and Caleb started off professional and quickly became unprofessional. Reggie made several comments about the pay he would be receiving for doing the move, made comments about being from California so '[he] know[s] the labor laws', he ignored us when we informed him of things to help ensure our move went smoothly, and told us he could not do tasks that we had been told could be done when we booked the move, specifically unhooking and hooking up a washer and dryer.
Additionally, Reggie and Caleb did not take the appropriate level of care with our items. Our washer has metal pieces broken off, box spring torn and dented, and boxes damaged.
Never using this company again and highly recommend others look elsewhere for moving needs.
