Gentle Johns Moving & Storage

I was very impressed with the fabulous job that the movers did. Their honesty was simply exceptional. They brought all tools and equipment's on move day so that there was no problem to handle my belongings. They disassembled my big furniture and again reassembled once they came at my new home to deliver my stuffs. I would definitely hire them again for my next relocation.

I have used this amazing moving company twice for both our moves and had nothing but great experiences. The movers are very professional, friendly and proficient. They go above and beyond to help make moving an easier transition. Their prices are also great and quite reasonable than other quotes we received. I highly recommend them for moving purposes.

So, I scheduled a move for my parents (I'm in Atlanta and they are in Laguna Niguel) for a 2 bedroom, 1300 square foot home with 3 movers. I was told after they arrived that it would take 8 hours to move them. The seemed excessive to me considering my house is twice the size and was moved completely within 3 hours. They didn't even get all the furniture and scratched the refrigerator in the process. Now I'm out $600 and my parents have to get a Uhaul to move the rest of their stuff. I feel like these people took advantage of an elderly couple and absolutely do not recommend this company.
