Had an excellent experience with Travis and Pelumi for my move of a small bedroom apartment. They were both courteous, professional and friendly.m to both my son and I. They helped with anything I needed and kept my time frame in mind and my ideal budget - they worked hard to make sure we were able to stay within both of them. Would recommend to friends and family and if I need movers again I know exactly who to call. Thanks so much for the fantastic service guys! You both really made my move as enjoyable as possible through a tough time. Thanks again!

Review:

Agreed time for “after 3” was made for my move in advance. Days before my schedule move I get a call letting me know that if their movers finish with their previous jobs earlier than my 3 o clock time they would have to “start the clock” on MY TIME. This was told to me after I had a whole conversation about how I would be driving in and scheduling my drive to arrive at 3 (from Texas) now bc they “can’t have their workers sitting in a warehouse” if they finish other jobs it’s my problem? Very very bad customer service. Edit* I was now told I’d be refunded said deposit. Review is very accurate. I then recieved an email from a Jessica “summarizing” a narrative of our conversation that was false. I refused to have my time started prior to agreed time just bc their movers might finish other jobs earlier and “can’t be sitting in a warehouse” to which I stated that should not be my obligation to pay people just bc they don’t have work for them. Who’s to say they finish at 9 am and my time was for 2? Am I supposed to pay all those hours in between? That’s poor management and not the customers obligation. The email I received implies I just didn’t want the move, and does not depict what the conversation actually entailed.
