Hello to Abyh! I spoke with you today regarding a local move to Winthrop. You were so nice and calming and you understood my last minute need to move. I’m looking forward to seeing you guys on Thursday and to have met you in person would be nice but it was wonderful to speak with you Sir. Your a true professional and you understand the complexity of moving. I want to thank you and your movers IN ADVANCE for your kindness your concern and mostly your covid 19 procedures! Thank you thank you thank you! When I got off the phone ... I knew I made the right choice!!!I would recommend Gentle Movers to anyone who is especially a first time mover. Price is right and a professionalism comes oozing out of the phone!!! Lol??????????

I have used this company on several occasions and they have not failed me yet. most recently I called them on an emergency basis to move an entire house within 48 hours they came in they were extremely professional especially the Foreman on the job named Abraham he had his guys working the entire time they were polite, gentle and I am extremely satisfied with their service. Just a side note about Abraham, great young man. He is definitely an asset to this company. Genuine, I trusted him and his crew with value antique items, he accounted for everything every step of the way.

They find a way to charge you 6hrs no matter what you do. Even if you schedule them at a time, they will come in the traffic time in a way to make money because they know they are charging per hour. They lied about the time they left their office and the time it will take them to go back because they charge base to base. Even if it's per hour they charge xtra for any xtra person in the car. I used the one in revere it's really bad. It's a scam don't used it if you don't want to waste your money.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! If i could leave.zero stars i would . Took advantage of my sick mother, walked every item down the street instead of loading their damn truck, let me load and unload truck which is ummm against policy i believe? Was asked simply for a time and when the time was close to STOP AND GIVE.A HEADS UP simple correct?NOPE ! Went over hours, DRANK A BEER! Had no problem taking a tip from me as i had no idea of the situation being at a different house then tried going back to my mother who was in TEARS! And tried collecting another tip! Habib abib whatever the hell his name when called never called back, slighted my mother and ANNNNDDDD THEY BROKE 3 ITEMS BECUASE THEY CARRIED DOWN A HILL INSTEAD OF LOADING INTO THE TRUCK, DAMAGED 2 THRESHHOLDS, AND GAVE zero i mean ZERO help as me and my family needed to lift the only items we asked them to move as they were clueless as to how to fit items into a door?? Isnt that what you do for a living? I would never use and will NEVER use this company i wish i could take them to court over there terrible customer service and rip off delivery BEWARE AND DO IT YOURSELF VIA U HAUL!
