Don't often post reviews, but when professionalism and price come together, I felt compelled to offer my thoughts. Sony and his team handled my move seamlessly. From my initial inquiries to finishing the job in a timely manner, I couldn't be happier with choosing Sony and Gentle Movers. Lastly, I would highly recommended their services to anyone that needs help with a move.

This company was overall very bad!!!

The owner has a terrible attitude and a lack of professionalism. They are very good at loading and unloading boxes, but when it comes to logistics and treating their customers with the respect they are absolutely horrible.

They lost or miss property, delaying the delivery and impacting the overall experience, with pathetic excuses. They demand forms of payment like cash on their contract clearly states that other forms of payment can be used for each installment. Finally, they lost the fob/keys to the garage out of my prev apartment when moving things out, which incurs a moving-out extra fee, and never bother to mail the garage fob/keys to me. Wow, very nice touch!

The owner 'Sony', has a horrible attitude and it is very unprofessional. When you call him out on his bad practice business he arrogantly stays that he has been doing this for 20 years and don't need to listen to feedback to improve or learn. Sounds like he knows a lot about doing business.

I would not recommend this company for business.

Great service, had to move last minute and Gentle Packers was very help, professional and quick and I was happy they were able to help last minute.
