DON’T USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT MONTHS OF YOUR TIME WASTED AND A LOT OF YOUR BELONGINGS STOLEN.
We used this company 2 years ago. Everything seemed fine at first, smiles and reassurances from the company. Then the day of the move came. The guys showed up late. We were supposed to have 4 guys for the day but only 2 guys came (both locations). They weren’t “gentle” at all…with items that were marked vividly as “Fragile”, they’d put at the bottom of the stack of boxes and then continue to kick into place.
When it came to deliver our possessions to our new location, it took them an extra almost 2 months for them to deliver and that was only after police involvement.
Once we received our items, some of it was missing (an entire king sized box spring, part of a bed frame, numerous boxes…and even a whole extra box of someone else’s items were included in ours) and a lot of it was broken. SOMEONE HAD EVEN GONE THROUGH OUR ITEMS because I had some old prescriptions in a “keepsake” box and the bottles were gone from the box they were in.

We spoke with the company for months about getting paid back for the time we dealt without our items (we had to replace so many things and we had to get new items in the meantime during the 2 months we were waiting on our possessions), as well as just the missing and broken items in general. They said they had sent us a check to get us to leave them alone and we still haven’t seen any money from this monstrosity of a moving company.

Do not use. Some crew members were friendly and worked while others were mostly on their phones. They spoke to each other in their native tongue which is fine until we learned from a neighbor who spoke the same language that they were mocking me and my wife. She scolded them for what they said and for being lazy. My company paid for the service up to a certain amount and in order to stay within budget we worked our butts off with the workers to get the truck loaded in a good amount of time. We even provided lunch for the workers. At our destination, the local movers were phenominal and again with our help we unloaded the truck very quickly. After calculating the total cost with Matt, the owner, it was determined that we came in $800 under budget and were owed a refund from our pre-payment. Talked to Matt and he said he would get right on it. Nothing happened. Followed up after a month and Matt said he was sorry and would get the check sent. Nothing happened. Followed up again and was promised the check would get sent. Still Nothing. Offered to pick it up. Nothing. Was promised yet again and still nothing. Now 7 months later, Matt ignores my calls and texts. Spoke with my company who was the payee. Seems like the only way to get the refund is to take them to court. I call this theft. Very un-professional. Have heard others have had numerous problems. If Matt wasnt dishonest, might have gotten a better review even after the crews needing their butts chewed from my neighbor.

They refused to load some items, because they were not boxed (like my barbequer and picnic table), however I was told they would bring boxes and pack all belongings this was not done and I lost thousands of dollars in personal belongings. I even hired extra people to make sure it got done and I ordered two trucks, but one of them was half the size i ordered.. Some items that did arrive were damaged. They even refused to take my fridge (until I threw a fit) because they said there was no room due to their unprofessional packing of the truck (stuff was literally thrown into the truck on top of other things. I'm assuming this is where my damage came from). Some items that i personally saw were loaded on the trucks did not arrive at all. I was promised a refund but never received one. In summery heed my warning: Absolutely DO NOT use this company. If I could afford an attorney I would sue this company.

Very kind and polite. A little expensive but nothing has been damaged in 2 moves. Thank guys For all your help can't do it without you.
