I reserved a move with this company for March 26th 2 weeks in advance and paid the deposit to hold the spot. The morning of the 26th I received a text saying they had to push the arrival time back from 8-12 to 1-5. I told them that would be ok but that we had to have the move completed that day. I called to ask if they would give us notice when they were on their way. I was told they we leaving to come start our move in the next 10 min. That they should arrive by 2:30. At 4:45 I started calling them to see what was going on. They would not answer my calls Matt the dispatch manager told me he reached out to the driver and helper. Matt also said he was not in the office but I should be contacted shortly. Long story short they never showed up to do the move. Now they will not return my calls. I have called multiple times and left voice mails with multiple people. Do not hire this company it sounds like they are scam.
DO NOT hire this company!!!!!!!! I reserved a March 19th and paid a $900 deposit to reserve that date multiple weeks in advance. I have had multiple conversations with Tonya and Mike to confirm our appointment even during that week. On March 19th, The movers never showed up. I tried calling, texting, emailing, leaving voicemails to find out where my movers were. I get a text 2 hrs AFTER they are supposed to arrive that said 'Sorry our trucks are not in town. Let's reschedule to Monday. ' I told them NO I have to be out today, which is why I reserved that specific date and requested they refund my deposit. They never responded to that text or any of my voicemails, calls or email. Do not fall victim to this company they are a scam.
Don’t use them! They seem nice and will damage your home and belongings if they even show up.
The receptionist Larissa was super thorough but the good experience ended there. On the day of the move Matt texted that the guys were running late and would be there about 12 noon. They were scheduled to be there by 0900. They showed up closer to 1 with 2 men for a job I was quoted for 3-4 guys for. They had already moved another family even though I booked a month out and should have been the only job for this crew that day. The receptionist said they would cover all floors, but they had nothing to cover them with. The poor guys. I know the manager only scheduled the 2 of them on a 3-4 man job, knowing they couldn’t do it. At 8:30 pm, they informed me that the rest couldn’t fit even though the inventory list included all of my large items. My floors were covered with mud, water, leaves. My yard was torn up where they trampled the muddy lawn while loading the truck. There were wrappers from their dinner in the basement bedroom on the floor. When they tried to start the truck, the battery was dead and they had no cables and couldn’t find the battery. After unloading my own car to get the cables and googling to find the battery, we got it running. At the new house, they made me pay them before unloading but the rate per hour was higher than it was originally quoted and included their 2nd dinner break and the time to get the truck running. At the new house, they slid or rolled boxes down the basement stairs and put things in the garage we told them did not belong in there. They finished at 0145. They scratched floors in both houses. They joked that they tell people the truck is full so they can get done earlier. The manager Matt was disrespectful when we asked for a discount for the breakdown.
Matt had no intention of treating the crew or his customer properly. They charged 30% more than quoted. Don’t use this company. I hope the employees sue for break time violations.
This company quoted one price and charged another. They stopped working and sat in their truck for an hour untill we paid the price they were asking. Do not use this company!
