These folks do business the right way. Honest, kind, and efficient. We hired them to move our stuff from one storage facility to another larger facility across town and we will absolutely be using them to move our stuff into our new home when the time comes. Their service was outstanding, and we can’t recommend them enough!

Great employees!! Showed up on time and took care of everything we needed moved. Definitely would recommend them to anyone looking for movers.

I called this mover two months in advance with my address, which IS my address and re[prted that the road is very narrow. They assured me they had been doing this since the 1930s or some date that doesn't even matter and that Gary has been driving for 35 years and there's no problem. They later claimed I gave an incorrect address, which is nonsense. I even told them I wasn't exactly sure of the moving date, but I received my estimate and told them I would call later with an exact date. I called back with the date and received my moving date. I told them honestly that Lowe's couldn't get to the house. Several days later, the female rep (Gary's sister) informed me they are not going to be doing my move. She was excessively rude and interuptive and wouldn't even let me finish a sentence. The only way I could say anything was to call back and talk to her machine because she wouldn't answer my call. If I could give a zero, I would do it. I don't care now what good movers they are--their customer service is horrible. Actually, it was four months ago that I told them the move would be coming but I did not know the date. They said, 'no problem, just let us know.' Fortunately, I was able to book another mover with no issues.
