The team helped me today move from my ground floor 2 bedroom apartment and into the second floor of my new home location. They were on time and within less than 3 hours I was completely moved from one place to the other. Including taking apart my bed and putting it back together. Everything was wrapped and strapped nicely protected. I felt bad it was the coldest day of the year yet but they worked like machines to get the job done. All the workers were very nice! Will definitely keep them in mind if I move again or if someone I know needs a moving company!
Highly recommended! Glen & his team were timely, professional & quick in handling our move. The price quoted was exactly the price charged despite my asking them to move a few additional smaller items.
Due to an unexpected delay, at 3:30 PM we had to push our move out from the next morning to the following day. There was no questions, no issue and no additional charges for the delay on our end.
Very professional job. We had a baby grand piano moved today by the team at George's and couldn't be happier.
It was top notch service all the way. They picked up our piano at the original location, they knew exactly how to remove the legs and the top. There were no issues packing it into the truck.
They drove it about 75 miles south to its new location and then brought it to the second floor (via elevator) with no problems whatsoever. It was unpacked, reassembled, and looking amazing all in one day. The team at George's really helped us out with the planning and execution of this move.
Thank you so much Glenn! We love it!
Be careful when using George’s Moving. The bill ended up being twice the estimate. The workers were unprofessional and damaged a sleep number mattress during the move. Called Glenn to advise him and he was nasty. Some of the 5 star ratings are by family members.
Once again Glenn you provide incomplete erroneous information. The extra items you discussed, China cabinet, table and chairs, were not moved. They were taken from the house and put on the curb for the garbagemen to dispose of. I spoke to you about putting the items on the curb and you said, no problem but never mentioned it would cost $200. You never addressed in your response the real reason for my call was to be helpful to you and advise you about the behavior exhibited by your workers. I will gladly get into a discussion of that if you desire. Obviously my wife signed off on the move before trying a day later to inflate the sleep number bed, which your movers did not mention was damaged during the move.
Hopefully you have resolved your issues with the state regarding your license, information that is readily available to see on the internet.
