I received a call about an hour after the initial review from a female at the company saying that they know they forgot to put the feet back on my desk that I paid extra to have moved and would come back the next day with a call sometime beforehand. None of that happened. I was going to let it go and just leave my 5 star review. Then when I'm trying to hook up my couches that are modular I notice one is significantly bent out of shape and not able to be placed back in the slot.

Not cool, guys.
