Giant Storage - Monument Colorado

I personally rent two units here and have never had any problems. I love the location and accessibility of the units. I also love that there is a restroom on site and that my units have outlets for if I am completing a project while I am there.

Great storage facility! The unit was clean when I got it and their property is always picked up. They have great security so I don’t have to worry about anything happening to my belongings. Their pricing is perfect compared to how good their storage units are

Giant Storage has amazing customer service, they’re very nice people. The units are a great size, perfect for storing what I need. They have great security as well so I don’t have to worry about anything happening to my things.

When dealing with a man over the phone, which it has been the same guy everytime he is rude and almost annoyed that I would call to check availability and prices. And I heard a horrible story from my friends that they had put a deposit down on a unit, with being told they could still back out and get a full refund within 7 days. They found somewhere more accommodating and this guy tried to keep their money and was a total jerk to them. Luckily they did get their money back with some arguing. I do NOT recommend renting a unit here.

Worst customer service. Can’t answer basic question. Person I spoke with is very rude. Not customer friendly.
