Giant Storage - Monument Colorado

The ads on the website say bring your business here but they don’t allow certain things ( we moved into the facility in September 2022) and BEFORE we moved in we asked if we were allowed to work in the facility with our company and they said yes. Now April 2023 they are saying we are not allowed to work there. The people in the office are extremely rude and difficult to work with. Previous managers mentioned in other reviews no longer work at the facility. They mention that you cannot work on automobiles but there are at least 5 people who own automobile shops, powder coat companies, welding companies and other toxic chemicals in the facility. The public bathroom for the tenants is always disgusting! They claim no one has worked in the office since December so you have to call the Idaho number and if there is a problem with your unit you have to rely on someone to come from there but there are always people in the office? 10/10 would not recommend.

These spacious storage units are very secure, clean, close to home. The friendly and helpful staff is always ready to accommodate our changing storage needs. Highly recommend for the short term or long term unit rental.

This is an absolute gem of a storage facility. Clean, and very accessible. Cassidy is very knowledgeable and very respectful. i would highly recommend using them..

Great first impressions of this new facility. Elizabeth was very responsive and made the leasing and move-in process very easy and efficient. The unit itself is exactly what I was looking for and had been cleaned thoroughly to remove construction dust etc. Very happy so far.

This place is awesome. Can't speak highly enough of Elizabeth. What a great ambassador for the business. Highly recommend.
