Review:

This is the 2nd time I have hired them. The team that showed up were professional and respectful of all my belongings and kept checking back on what else they could help with. The only thing that was lacking for me and caused me a bit of undue stress was the communication leading up to the appt was lacking, starting with asking for the quote and also trying to request what time I could expect them to show up on my scheduled day since I had a few other appts I needed to be at (military related, this was a PCS PPM move). If communication could have been a little better, this definitely would be a 5-star review.

[POST-MOVE EDIT] So we got our truck unloaded and found some flaws in the way our things were packed. I had rented over a dozen furniture blankets to be used but they only used a half dozen. My washer and dryer ended up with their sides scratched up horribly due to the strap ratchets vibrating into them during travel. Our TV stand also has the surface scratched and dug into pretty badly in a visibly esthetic spot that we’re really upset about. All of these could have been prevented had the furniture pads been used to shield them from the vibrating friction caused over a thousand miles. The other issue was that they loaded the household boxes first and then the large heavy furniture last. Our movers were hired at the other end explained to us that they couldn’t be professional because they would know this causes instability in weight while driving high speeds on the highway. We did feel our truck have a hard time swaying and like it took extra effort to straighten out again. They said heavy furniture always goes first so that the boxes can fit anywhere around them and is in the most stable and safest spot on the truck. So after the move was all over, we really had to drop our rating unfortunately. Loading up a large moving truck incorporates a bit of physics and logic and I just don’t think this company had been properly trained to understand what can happen on long moves.

Nate, Nage, and Ray moved us from the 3rd floor apartment in Biloxi to our new home in Saucier. They went above and beyond to make sure our items were safely packed and stored in their truck, and then safely unpacked and into our home. I would highly recommend these gentlemen to anyone who needs anything moved. Very professional and friendly, and very reasonably priced. Very much appreciated.
