Glacier West Self Storage

I am so grateful for Josie the manager she has gone out of her way for me helping me with payments I was initially confused on, 2 times I have lost my keys and she stayed late to make sure I could get into my unit. She had my locking hardware updated free of charge when it got bent, she has taken my concerns seriously when there were people fighting and smoking drugs in the units downstairs and she moved me upstairs and took care of the issues she cared for my safety and she takes the security and privacy of my unit extremely seriously which I really appreciate is just a generally helpful kind and accommodating manager and I feel lucky to have my unit in her care. She knows I'm low income and how important this storage unit is to me considering before I had everything I own stolen so many times, if it wasn't for her I wouldn't have been able to straigten my life out again. She is kind and non judgemental so I have no issue following all the rules here albeit strict ones because they exist for my safety and she has communicated to me since day one that she is extremely concerned with maintaining security and privacy and safety. Thank you very much Mary I am not leaving anytime soon
