I Cannot be more thankful. 10 Star Review for Global 1 Movers!!! I initially made contact with Nicole and scheduled an in-home survey of our place. (On time) their sales representative Joe arrived and quickly surveyed our condo answering all our questions while we walked around. He left us a written quote and emailed it to us as well. After comparing 3 quotes we decided to go with Global1.They were not the cheapest but we felt comfortable with Joe and the service thus far. Our move took place on a rainy windy day and the guys arrived on time and performed what I called a SUPER move for us! Thanks Oscar and your team for the amazing job! The quote was perfect and the day became an easy non-complicated move (unlike a lot of stories I've heard of movers). These are the only movers I'll ever use. Definitely call Global 1. We will Rant and Rave and recommend their services always.

They give you a nice quote and then send you a mover who complains about the job needing to take 14 hours instead of the negotiated 6. He said this job needed 2 trips of load and unloading. After 3 hours, they were done with the first trip of loading and unloading with time to spare for the second trip. Once he realized that his estimate of time was way off, he then tried to double the cost on us to do that second trip even though it was still within the 6 hour window of time. When i told him we were only going to pay for the 3 hours they worked, he started pulling costs for materials, etc... out of thin air, and tried to tack on an extra $300. This company should not send anyone to renegotiate an already negotiated deal. This mover even started making comments about us 'wanting something for nothing' as if we were taking advantage of him, when it was their own company that gave us the negotiated deal. The mover and company tried to exploit our situation knowing we had to move, but we paid them only for the hours they worked, which was less time than what was negotiated, and had to hire another set of movers from Uhaul the next day who did a much better job and didn't stress us out during an already stressful move. Run for the hills and do not use this company. They are crooks who do not know how to run a business.

Petty criminals. They stole my son's change dish and my wife's jewelry. Hid your valuables from these crooks.

This is the 2nd time that I've used 'Global 1 Movers' to move my family within the state of New Jersey . This time we moved from Fair lawn to Teaneck . We owned a four bedroom house that required a lot of packing That needed to be done by the movers ! I spoke To Mr.Eric Bar at the office he was very professional and pleasant to deal with ! He made all the arrangements for our move and made sure our moving day went nice and smooth ! The truck showed up on time the guys packed and wrapped all my furniture/belongings and did a phenomenal job! The were all uniformed professionals and friendly at the same time !! Thanks Guys !! Highly Recommended !!

That is the second time that I'm using Global 1 movers to relocate my family, this time we moved from NJ to upstate NY, their service is phenomenal, period.
Starting with John that provided me with a great quote over the phone he was very polite and professional , Eric called me a day before to confirm everything and to make all the arrangements for my move.The next morning the guys showed up on time all of them wear uniforms,very professional and very efficient crew (David was the foreman with two more guys) they wrapped and padded all of my furniture ,they helped me to pack my fragile items such as my mirrors ,pictures, glass top table and my fish tank. They charged me for the packing supplies ,which is fine ,cause this guys made sure that everything will arrive in a PERFECT condition to my new home in upstate .Nothing was scratched or damaged ,nothing was missing or broken .
The next day Global 1 movers arrived to my new home (they had to drive over 300 miles ! ) at 10 AM, the delivery was nice and smooth they put everything back together like my bed and other furniture,they placed the boxes anywhere i wanted ,they were very nice and helpful during the whole move. They made my move nice and easy and very organized.
This company deserve the review and definitely deserve the business !
