Glorified Movers

The owner is a problem. I booked through U-Haul and when they were done, he told me he needed the purchase code. When I couldn't find it, he charged me for another hour of service. As my roommate and I looked through the emails and texts trying to find this code, he was on the phone with someone saying that he was going to call the police and he would see me in court. We finally found the code and he did take the extra charge off, and to their credit, everything was wrapped well and nothing was broken or scratched. But the whole experience was kind of insane.

Terrance & Tony were beyond any mover expectations that I have ever experienced. I am so used to having to stay on top of the movers to get the job completed in the alotted time frame. Tony and Terrance actually said to me: ' Hey, OG, why dont' you go sit with your wife, we have this.' And have it they did.
