SCAM ARTIST! Quoted me a price, cancelled last minute and took the money. Save your time and money, look elsewhere to a trusted company.

This place took me for $ 500.00. I scheduled with them 1 month in advance and let them know I only had that one day to move. I also called and reminded them twice that I needed to them to arrive as early as possible. I only had one day off from work. The worker called me the day before and said they would arrive at 10:00. Day of move around 10:30 I called the worker because they had not shown up. He said the owner should have called me and that they would not allow him to do the move because it had been raining, but the rain had literally cleared. I was hysterical. I called the owner and she said that she did not say he couldn't move me. Then my son calls the worker and the worker says he can get another crew together but it would cost me more money he told him where he could go with that. The main office said they could send someone after they finished another move and expected me to trust that they would show. Instead we gathered our own people and started moving while waiting on them. By 2:00 I was livid no one showed. I called and asked for my money back and she would not give it back. She had me zelle the deposit. Note never do that because there is not a way to cancel a zelle transaction. Which is exactly why they had me to zelle the deposit. I called back again crying and told them I wanted to give them a chance to do the right thing and return my money or I was going to call the police. She said ok whatever and hung the phone up. I a called the police and it would be a small claims court thing. So I will definitely pursue that just out of principle! I wound up having to spend more money paying my sons friends to help move me.

Do not use them! They’re very unprofessional from the start as they as they answer with “hello?” When you call them. In addition to the lack of hospitality, I’d say winning the lottery is more likely then them showing up to a job. To top it all off, these scammers don’t bother refunding you after they cancel at the last minute. Found better, more reliable help off the streets!

would not recommend, these people scammed us and refused to refund us. they canceled on us last minute, when we only had that day to move. they didn’t even call to tell us they canceled on us they just never showed up and we had to call them. never even got our money back. THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS.

Quoted $699 to move only a washer and dryer.
