Go Mini's

Very bad customer service, their truck broke down, and they couldn’t move the mini when needed, I had to hire a 3rd party to move it, they wouldn’t reimburse me any of the cost to move it and they still haven’t reimbursed me the money I gave them at the beginning for the moves, now I’m trying to get reimbursed and all I’m getting is a run around, found out that when you deal with them, your dealing with someone in Az, not a local company that I thought I was using, if I were you I would stay away, or call PODs instead, they have to be a better company as it wouldn’t take much.

Would not recommend. I was unable to get in contact with anyone to coordinate pick up/drop off, they did not respond to emails/phone calls/messages. Driver was late to drop off the container and worse driver was an hour late to pick up the full container when we closed on our house so we overlapped with the new owners trying to move in. When we received the container there was a hole in the floor so we could not walk on a portion. The container itself was useful but the company was horrible to work with.

I was in a bind with a client selling a home and John at Go Mini's was able to offer a couple solutions of dropping off and delivering a storage container to the home and then a storage unit or even to house the storage container until we could unload it. Super stress relief and able to still deliver with one day notice. Super impressed!

Excellent service and they placed the go mini unit within 5 feet of the garage door which is what I wanted to allow myself to open the garage door and move the stuff quickly into the garage during the cold snowy month of February. Would highly recommend using go-mini’s to move verusus using a big moving truck.

I moved from Bottineau, ND to Esko, MN with these guys. Solid. No problems. Made moving suck MUCH less. I mean, it still sucks. John Hoffman is a great guy - knows what he's doing. Recommend all the way.
