Go Minis Atlanta

Excellent service. This is the third time we have used this company to temporarily store our belongings.

We used a Go Minis storage unit that we kept in our driveway while our master suite was being renovated. The process was easy and well priced and all of the employees were friendly and very professional. I would definitely recommend Go Minis Atlanta!

Exactly what I needed and expected. On time for delivery and pickup. Clean and serviceable.

They damaged my furniture by moving it after I told them it was not ready to be moved. I told them I had not completed the packing and had not tied down the furniture. They showed up when I was not there and moved it anyway- damaging my furniture. I emailed pictures of my damaged furniture and called many times. No one responded to any of my attempts to communicate. I suppose my only option is legal action.

Better think TWICE before using this place. We setup the container out of the need for as much convenience as possible and passed over the other big name companies and went with this one based on lies we were told to get our business as well as “reviews”. We were sold on this service by being told we would have access when we needed just give them a call and they would pull the container so that It would be ready when we arrived. We were assured there would be ZERO issues in having access. We were moving from Dallas, GA (just outside the Acworth perimeter) and was TOLD our belongings would be stored at the Kennesaw location. Perfect, as we THOUGHT. We started moving back in October 2020, the driver was good, on time, dropped the container really quickly. After we filled the container with basically every important item we own (furniture and big items we stored in a normal storage unit), it was picked up in November and we haven’t seen it since. We have called to make arrangements to get a few things out (movers put things inside that was not suppose to be put inside and desperately need to retrieve them). Conveniently, now we are told the only access has to be Monday through Friday 9-4:30, absolutely NO weekends. Furthermore, our property is NOT being stored in Kennesaw, and we have no idea where our stuff is! Out of desperation, we have tried to have the container delivered to our temporary location just to be able to get items we have been trying to get for MONTHS. Even this is a problem. They were suppose to deliver the container two days ago, did not do so, then called yesterday to ask when they could deliver. This is ridiculous and not to mention they are trying to charge for OUR inconvenience. I do not recommend using this place or their service what so ever. Beware. Who knows if we ever see any of our belongings ever again! Highly perturbed.
