Go Minis Atlanta

Go minis far exceeded my expectations. They were helpful throughout the process of my move with storage in between. I had only reserved a 16 foot pod and it was obvious once delivered that all our belongings would not fit. I called and they delivered another 12 foot pod that day. They really relieved my anxiety. The whole process was smooth from beginning to end. I would use them any time a move or storage is needed.

Easy peezy from start to finish!

I needed to use a container company for my recent move and was highly stressed about the timing of coordinating with my moving company and the number and size of containers I would need. I had called both Pods and Packrat and was disappointed by a lack of timing commitments from Pods and the high cost and inconsistent customer service of Packrat. After receiving a postcard in the mail from Go Minis, I called them and they exceeded every single one of my expectations.

First of all, they have larger container options than either Pods or Packrat (20') and their cost is highly competitive. My total bill was on par with Pods' 25% off summer sale and far cheaper than Packrat (which charges for timeframe commitments; something Go Minis does not do).

Second, both Chris and Freeman in the Mableton office were attentive, friendly, and highly competent in assuring me that the containers would be delivered and picked up during the timeframes I needed and making the necessary arrangements. Freeman was also a lifeline in getting an additional container delivered on the day of our move when it quickly become apparent we needed more space to store our things.

Third, their container driver, Cedric, was simply astounding: extremely skilled at his job, timely, communicative, and cheerful all the way. He was able to get the extra container delivered so fast on our move-out day that Freeman didn't even have time to call me back that it was on its way. Cedric also delivered our containers on move-in day on time despite being waylaid by a flat tire for nearly two hours. This man is amazing.

The entire Go Minis team gave me much needed confidence on a very stressful aspect of our move, their prices were highly reasonable and very fair, and I can't stress enough the quality of their customer service. A+++++++
