My experience with Go Mini’s was excellent. I originally rented a storage pod for a few months, but I ended up needing it for over a year. The communication with their team was consistently effective throughout the entire process. When it was time to arrange the pickup of the pod, they scheduled it promptly without any issues. I would definitely consider using their services again in the future.

These guys were fantastic communication was great. Great Value opposed to using movers. Equipment was clean I could not have been more pleased

I’ve now used this company on two different occasions. All I can say is it is an absolute pleasure each and every time. The GoMinis are clean, delivered in a timely fashion, the price is fantastic and the customer service is amazing.

I cannot speak to their pricing (but I know it's less than some competitors), because I have only used their services through my employer who pays the bill. But I have dealt with both Mark and David on more than one occasion and they are so pleasant! Polite, efficient, patient! David went out of his way to help me get the right kind of padlock when I asked for advice on how to keep the one I had from rusting in the rain. He also volunteered his manual labor (at no additional cost!) to help move my products out of a competitor's storage unit when we no longer needed it (and were much more inclined to keep a Go Mini unit than the competitor's). The units are much cleaner and easier to open/close than others I've used. If you need a portable storage unit, I can't recommend Go Mini's of Jacksonville (and the people of the company) enough!
