Awful experience, rude staff, claim to have extensive experience with expensive items but yet stepped on furniture and a desk instead of moving it, didn't want to unbox any items, tried to force items out of a side door that were to large to fit just so they wouldn't have to open the back gate and take out other items for other people. Very lazy, rude and unprofessional. Wanted to just drop items and leave even though I paid for full service. Came 3 hours late after trying to change the time frame. Very bad shipping company. Don't know how they are still in business. Awful experience, would never recommend to anyone. Would give 0 stars if I could. Didn't even deserve the tip.
