The owner of the company is absolutely the most unprofessional woman I have ever encountered. Her quote was entirely incorrect, and on top of that she was rude. Not only rude, but absurd. She cussed our family out when we asked where the missing items were. She refused to return items that were stolen by her employees. We are contacting the Better Business Bureau to file a report and initiate an investigation. Please do not engage with this company as they participate in fraudulent activity.
