Ana is so unprofessional. She stole my items and is stating she will not return them. Not to mention the other items that were broken. The time quoted was wrong so I had to move my stuff in with the movers who ended up being thieves and taking my items back to Ana’s house for her. If you value your belongings, would not use this “company”.

My experience with this business was absolutely horrible! Not only did they break multiple items during my move, their employees stole my stuff. At first they tried to blame me for the missing small dresser. I had to threaten to call the police and magically they have the item. IT WAS A NIGHTMARE TEYING TO GET ANA TO GIVE ME MY ITEMS BACK. But here's the catch, they only brought me the items that were in the small dresser and not actually the dresser. The business owner ANA said that she will not replace my items because I didn't get the insurance. I didn't know you needed insurance in case they STEAL your items. Also her husband called me and cussed me out and called me Nasty names and threatened me. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! There are 50 different moving companies in Houston/Katy! You will be better off using someone else. Go Movers is not an honest business! I will be taking them to court to get my money back!
