Very happy with the service

I paid Go Orange Movers $103 deposit to transport my 'pack out' from a storage unit to my home. I agreed to the price for 2 men per hour at the
minimum hourly rate. Here are the facts.

A week before the service, I called to confirm the date and review the military discount. However, an additional charge was added not mentioned in the contract or when I initially booked service.The office assistant mentioned an additional charge at an hourly rate when service was completed to return the truck to their home office.

I asked to speak with the supervisor or owner on the aforementioned, and about unforeseen charges for traffic delays due to accidents or construction. He would not speak with me and from a distance loudly stated ' just give her a refund'.

Researching other competitive vendors, there was quite a disparity in pricing. In my personal opinion, I felt their pricing was inflated and disappointed by customer service.

We have used Go Orange for two moves now. We are SO impressed. They handle all our items with extreme care. The packing of the truck was absolutely excellent both times. Very impressed with their teams. James and Micah are fantastic crew leaders. Highly recommend. You will not regret it.

I hired Go Orange Moving twice in a gap of 1 year, from Sedona AZ to Sarasota FL and back (January 2023-January 2024). This company is a rare GEM ! They take the absolute best care of your belongings : James is exceptional, there is no other word, the most trustable person, and always in a constant good mood and always super polite, he supervised, packed and drove during my two moves. Teresa the owner is very friendly and always proposing solutions to make the customer feel at ease, it's like dealing with a close friend. It's hard to imagine a better run company than Go Orange Moving, I can't imagine moving without them in the future, I really HIGHLY recommend them !
