I called gostoreit helpdesk to enquire regarding unit price and insurance today. Representative called Karthik Selvaraj attended the call and guided me well through the requirement. I really appreciate the customer centric approach. I recommend this facility.

I wish they put staff back, 2nd floor is nasty, ???trash around, smelling like pee, I called customer service about it nothing changed.
Cherrelle did a great job explaining everything to me & her follow up was outstanding.
Didn’t receive gate access code, QR code posted on the door led me to a non-functional system. Doors were locked during business hours. Take your business elsewhere, as I will. Waste of time.

Services were never rendered as I never received a gate access code. I received multiple avenues of them attempting to bill me for an unusable unit. I responded to all of them that I won’t be paying. I received a phone call on a Sunday when they’re closed, so I couldn’t talk to a representative. Weird. It’s almost like they do that on purpose. Hmmm…. The office has never been open. There’s usually a customer looking confused on their stoop. I just received a text stating how there’re multiple ways to cancel the unit. Oh, wow…really? It’s almost like I’d tried them each. Get bent.
