Katie was extremely helpful in assisting me with rectifying a billing error that has persisted for several weeks. I spoke to three other people over the period of about a month before Katie was able to help me in less than 20 minutes. Katie is an asset to the company and has the kindest disposition. She takes pride in her job and truly cares about the customers she serves. Katie was a blessing to me today and I truly appreciate her.
