I made a reservation to store household goods at this facility. When I arrived at the place, a very irate customer was in a shouting match with the facilities manager because his monthly rental had gone up quite substantially. It seemed that the facilities manager was totally indifferent to the customer's issue. As the customer was ready to storm out of the place, I asked him what happened. He stated that his monthly rent went up by about 40% without any warning. After he left, the facilities manager started berating the customer, and that's when I asked that he pleae cancel my contract.
